Terms of Service

Effective as of January 01, 2025

By booking a service through Southall Home (the “Company,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services booked online, over the phone, or in person, including but not limited to home cleaning and family concierge services.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked through our online platform or approved scheduling system.

  • Booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text message from Southall Home.

  • We reserve the right to adjust scheduled times based on availability or operational needs.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding home size, condition, and service needs.

Access to Property

  • The client must ensure we have safe, legal access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If we are unable to access the home, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

  • We are not responsible for cleaning homes that are hazardous, unsanitary, or pose a health risk.

Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are based on square footage, service type, and any selected add-ons. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home requires additional time or effort.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service completion, depending on your plan.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card through our secure booking system.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a late cancellation fee of $50.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done through our booking system or via email.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Scope

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

  • Our cleaners and concierges follow a strict checklist of services. Tasks outside the agreed scope may not be performed unless previously approved.

  • We do not perform heavy lifting, deep decluttering, pest removal, or hazardous material handling.

Liability & Damages

  • Our team is fully insured. Any damages caused by our staff will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or items of exceptional value not disclosed prior to service.

  • Southall Home reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist.

Family Concierge-Specific Terms

  • Family Concierge services do not include medical care, overnight supervision, or full-time childcare.

  • Transportation services are offered only for minors with written parental permission and within a reasonable radius.

  • All Concierge services must be scheduled in advance. On-demand requests are accepted based on availability.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any client at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe conditions, harassment, or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
